Perhaps it was a quality of fae (or at least Oberon's Children) that they were more sensitive to and felt things more strongly when it was tied to emotions. Something that might be used against them in the wrong hands no doubt. Loki however had no intention of misusing it, and was well aware of all the ways Puck was strong and capable. And in specifically with dealing with his emotions, he felt Puck was stronger than himself.

Hearing those murmurs, Loki moved to accommodate her. Still touching, brushing fingers and caressing along smooth skin and toned muscle and delicate curves. But making certain there were kisses delivered equally to mouth and face, and nuzzles, as well as those love nips to other spots. Passion and pleasure shared and given between them.
