The reassurances being given helped-- Puck knew that Loki was there in ways besides the physical and that in turn was helping to keep his heart emotionally warmed. It had been longer than he liked to consider since he'd taken a lover even casually, and having one as fun and as endearing as Loki had proven was simply touching him on a deeper level than Puck had been expecting.

As Loki murmured against his hip while continuing her playing, Puck managed to nod as he felt himself growing erect as he did in fact tremble from being explored. Puck suddenly imagined Loki as a skilled musician and had to bite his tongue almost to the point of bleeding not to laugh. If she was the musician then he was the current instrument being played expertly. Before he could taste blood, Puck freed his tongue and spoke, feeling playful.

"It does feel good, so it would be a shame to tell you stop early! I never watch the clock while in bed, and this little dose of trickster logic is as pleasant as you are. It would be nice to put my hands to use holding something besides linen."

Puck's free hand, in the time that all of this was happening, had found the sheets an excellent thing to grab onto for unneeded stability.
